Can Pakis be trusted ever!!

Any natural disaster in South Asia is bound to create more damage and lose of live than any other region in the world because of the sheer density of habitation. So it is no real surprise that the latest earth quake to hit J&K and PoK has cost the lives of a so many people.
The region being a treacherous one has not helped and over and above that the problem of militancy in J&K will be hampering relief efforts. Just a couple a days after the earth quake, militants struck Hindu families in J&K. The Indian army which itself lost a good number of its soldiers must have lowered its guard and the oppourtunists among the militants used it to their advantage.
This brings me to the point that I have used in the title. How do we trust over neighbours who want to hurt us even when there has been such huge disaster in both sides of the border. I am all in favour of India helping out Pakistan in this hour of disaster and need. But we also be warned not expect anything in return for them.

The media has started romantaticising the earthquake that has shattered large parts of Pakistan and Northern India, talking about how nature does not know any boundaries and blah blah...
What they easily forget that it i natural for humans (who are also creation of nature) to draw boundaries whereever they live. But any amount of jingoism is not going alter the ground realities between the two countries. Once the dust settles and the snow melts on the mountain slopes of the Himalayas, the militants will be back.
